Thank you to everyone who joined me for our kickoff meeting on Saturday, March 7, 2026 @ 3pm EST. I truly appreciate you being there and bringing your attention, curiosity, and openness to the conversation. During our time together, we explored the Introduction and Chapter 1, The Hermetic Philosophy, from The Kybalion by The Three Initiates, and we began setting a foundation for how we will approach this study as a group.

If you want to review what we covered, or if you were not able to attend and would like to catch up, here is the study guide for Session 1.

In Session 2, we will move into Chapter 2, The Seven Hermetic Principles. This chapter introduces the core principles the book returns to again and again, so it is worth taking your time with it. Please read Chapter 2 before we meet, and jot down any lines that stand out, questions you want to bring to the group, or examples from daily life where you can already see these ideas at work.

A simple way to prepare for Session 2:

1. Read Chapter 2 once straight through.
2. Read it a second time slowly and highlight what you want to discuss.
3. Bring a few questions and one real-life example to share with the group.
